Volcano Punch

3 quarts Pineapple juice
2 cans (6 oz) frozen limeade concentrate
2 quarts ginger ale
2 pints orange or lemon sherbet
Fresh fruit garnish

In punch bowl, combine juice and limeade. Just before serving, stir in ginger ale and add scoops of sherbet. Garnish with fruit. Makes about 6 quarts
